Although Pressmark have quality accreditations, they believe that Quality Assurance runs much deeper within the business, with everyone in the organisation committed to customer satisfaction at every stage of the order process. By utilising the right tools and techniques, they continually improve processes, products and people, ensuring that ongoing quality is assured.

Pressmark believe that Quality Assurance is one of the best ways to prevent mistakes, as it is a pro-active way of monitoring quality, as opposed to a reactive way. We do not focus on outputs, we focus on measurement, standards and processes, which creates a feedback loop that allows us to prevent errors. This continual development ensures that not only do we have products that are fit for purpose, they are also right first time.

The planned and systematic approach that Pressmark take within their business, breeds confidence not only within their customers base, but within their organisation too.

ISO 9001 is the most widely recognised standard in the world and Pressmark have held this standard since 2004, helping us meet the expectations and needs of our customers.

ISO/TS 16949:2009

Automotive Quality Management
Bringing together automotive standards from across Europe and the US, ISO/TS 16949 is the global technical specification and quality management standard for the automotive industry.

ISO 14001

Environmental Management
Pressmark are currently working towards the ISO 14001 accreditation, which is the world’s most recognised environmental system. It is envisioned that this will be fully implemented in 2017.
